Cash Accelerator FAQs

What is the Cash Accelerator Program?

It is a unique Product line in the industry and is only offered to MGSI’s Revenue Cycle Management clients. We provide weekly cash advances on your eligible receivables.

Why do we provide this service?

We are so confident in our experience, expertise and ability to timely bill and collect your receivables that we are willing to advance you a large portion of what the payers owe you on a weekly basis with our own dollars.

What are the benefits to this program?

Practices will be able to better budget their cash flow and it will help improve overall cash management. Also, no need to access costly lines of credit to bridge cash flow needs.

How does it work?

The weekly advances are calculated based on the previous week’s submitted charges for eligible payers.

How do I qualify?

Simply become our RCM client and provide us the historical data on your practices revenues by payer.

What is the cost for this program?

The only additional cost is the set–up fee for a lock box.

What paperwork do I need to execute?

An MGSI RCM service agreement, a UCC-1 providing us with a secured collateral position with your A/R, and a lock box agreement.

Can I get an advance on my old A/R?

Yes, it is possible, but only after the old A/R is converted and entered into our practice management system. Only A/R within 60 days of date of service will be considered.

When will I get the rest of my money?

Access funds over our advance will be funded on a weekly basis.
