Anthony Maniscalco, President

Mr. Mansicalco, age 56, a co-founder of Medical Group Services, Inc., is a 1975 graduate of the University of South Florida. Mr. Maniscalco has over ten years experience as CEO of nationwide medical practice management companies with medical receivables collections exceeding $40 million annually. Mr. Maniscalco has also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of First Bank & Trust Company, an FDIC insured state and federal chartered commercial bank, CEO of First Banc Mortgage Corporation that had annual revenues in excess of $35 million dollars, C.O.O. of two Healthcare Technology Companies with annual revenues in excess of $60 million. Mr. Maniscalco has also participated in the acquisition, development, and sale of over $50 million of real estate projects.

Mr. Maniscalco joined MD Technologies when the company acquired Medical Group Services, Inc. in November 2005. He now serves as the company’s President where he oversees the operations and growth of the company.
