Customer Referral Program

Referrals from our valued clients have been one of the key ingredients to MD Technologies Inc.’s growth and success. As a way of thanking our many customers who refer MD Technologies Inc., and its subsidiary, MGSI, to their colleagues, we are implementing a Customer Referral program. Beginning January 1, 2009, MD Technologies Inc. will offer a thank you gift for referrals that will hopefully let you know how much we appreciate your confidence in us.

Medtopia® Manager: Recommend our practice management software to a friend or colleague, call or email us with their name and number, and if your referral results in a sale, we will send you a $500 Visa gift card. It’s that simple.

Billing Services (Revenue Cycle Management): Similarly, if your referral results in us closing a one-year billing service agreement, we will send you a $1,000 Visa gift card.

Rules and Regulations:

• Participants must be 18 years of age, a customer of MD Technologies Inc., or its subsidiary, MGSI, or employed by a customer of MD Technologies Inc., or its subsidiary, MGSI.
• Winner will assume all associated taxes.
• For the participant to be eligible for the program, the referred customer must sign a one (1) year contract for Medtopia® Manager or for billing services within three (3) months from receipt of the referral.
• New client contract must state the specific name of the referral source for that source to be eligible.
• Once the signed contract is received, you will be contacted by a company representative and shall receive the incentive award within 60 days.
• Prizes may be split at the direction of the referral named on the new client contract.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals submitted.
• MD Technologies Inc. reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
