William C. Ellison, Chief Executive Officer
Bill is responsible for overseeing all facets of the company’s operations and execution of the company's strategic business plan.
From February 2000 to the present, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of MD Technologies Inc.
From February 2000 to March 2008, Bill served as the General Counsel and was responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs. He has 23 years of legal experience in the areas of corporate and insurance law, employment practices, products liability, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and general tort litigation.
Bill was a 1986 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board from 1984-1986.
He has been a contributing editor to the several national legal reference books and is also a licensed insurance broker.
Anthony F. Maniscalco, President / Chief Operating Officer
Anthony is a co-founder of Medical Group Services, Inc. (MGSI), and has 18 years of experience running nationwide medical practice management companies with medical receivables and collections exceeding $100 million annually.
He joined MD Technologies Inc. when the company acquired MGSI in November 2005. He now serves as the company’s President and COO where he oversees the operations of the Florida and Louisiana locations.
Previously, Anthony served as Vice Chairman of the Board of First Bank & Trust Company, an FDIC-insured state and federal chartered commercial bank, and CEO of First Banc Mortgage Corporation that had annual revenues in excess of $35 million dollars. He was also COO of two healthcare technology companies with annual revenues in excess of $60 million. In addition, he has experience with the acquisition, development, and sale of over $100 million of real estate projects.
Anthony graduated from the University of South Florida in 1975.
Brina Cabrera, President of MGSI; Vice-President of RCM Services
Brina is a co-founder and president of Medical Group Services, Inc. (MGSI), and serves as vice president of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division in Tampa, FL. She is responsible for the day to day oversight and management of all billing and collection personnel providing services to our customers in multiple states in the U.S. Brina joined the MD Technologies Inc. team when the company acquired Medical Group Services, Inc. (MGSI) in November 2005.
With more than 25 years in medical claims and receivable management, Brina has a well-deserved reputation for her ability to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow in private healthcare practices. Her in-depth understanding and knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement system has allowed her to effectively implement policies and procedures to streamline the work flow process in both the physicians’ office and in the MD Technologies Inc. operation center.
Michael S. McMahon, Chief Financial Officer
Michael serves as the Chief Financial Officer of MD Technologies Inc. Previously, he held the same position with MGSI. Michael joined the MD Technologies Inc. team when the company acquired MGSI in November 2005.
Before then, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer for several companies in the healthcare market including Cortex Communications, Access Healthcare, Inc., a manufacturer of laboratory information systems, and Wellmark a medical billing and information company.
Michael is a graduate of the University of San Francisco.
