Physicians can view medical histories on their patients and document new encounters while in or away from the office. Easy-to-use templates help physicians document their encounters electronically in addition to helping them code their charges appropriately with Evaluation and Management documentation guidelines.

The EMR system is extremely flexible and provides physicians with multiple avenues for capturing their electronic medical records.

For example, they can use the Encounter Template Wizard to configure their encounter documentation the way they want, or they can use one of the multiple built-in templates to get started right away. Physicians may also use the built-in audio recorder to document their encounters, which can be uploaded directly into the Transcription Queue. Similarly, physicians can document their encounters with handwritten notes that are stored electronically and attached directly to the electronic patient chart.
